All of our aggregates meet AASHTO Specifications and our subbase and rip rap products conform to state agency subbase specifications and rip rap specifications.

Our deposit is a very hard, abrasive granite-gneiss and has advantageous chemical properties. The subbase products have excellent compaction properties. The coarse aggregates have specific properties advantageous to high strength concrete and Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt. Our railroad ballast properties make our ballast  the choice of many local railroad companies.
